I have lived In many different buildings and multiple cities, Alec at The Ryan Apartments is the reason why I love living here ! From the tour to getting me settled in my unit but more so with what to do in the surrounding area and giving me details that websites and pamphlets do not do !! Thank you Alec my apartment is super clean, the building is state of the art, I have zero problems with neighbor sounds or city sounds, really love this place!! I recommend speaking to Alec if you are thinking of living here or need advice for what to do!
I've lived at the Ryan for a year. I enjoyed my stay, I didn't have too many problems. My only issue was sometimes when there baseball games or concerts it was hard to get to the building, but that was just part of living downtown.

Front desk staff especially Alba were amazing!!! Management Ashley and Hailey were always so helpful and always addressed my concerns immediately. Great building, good people and very convenient location if you like being close to everything!
Working with the leasing office has been an extremely smooth experience. The Ryan is in a great spot downtown with great amenities. From my experience, the building also feels very clean all over. Alec has been great to work with and has been able to answer any and all questions in a professional and timely manner.

Quality of units: amazing color scheme and layout with only the best appliances.
Location: heart of downtown and walkable to the Footprint Stadium, Chase Field Stadium, great restaurants and multiple other attractions.
Amenities: beautiful rooftop with a lounge pool, hot tub and plenty of entertainment space. Plus I spend everyday at the gym and love the availability of pelotons.
Staff: everyone is so kind and helpful! They made our settlement smooth and seamless.
Community: we never had issues with any tenants and have seen how cohesive the community is. There are frequent activities to meet new people and create new memories!
We have been living at The Ryan for about 4 months now and we LOVE living here! We love the location it has right in downtown Phoenix where all the good restaurants are at a walking distance and Fry's is just a couple floors down the elevator. The location is really walkable. The apartment in itself is gorgeous and the views are amazing no matter what apartment you are in! The team here do monthly events that are just an amazing plus from living here. The staff here is wonderful! They made our move-in so smooth and without any problems. Albert and Hawk are amazing and all the staff here are always polite and helpful which is hard to find sometimes in other apartments. I would definitely recommend living at The Ryan!
I honestly should have never moved here. I needed a place to stay fast and this was the first apartment that answered me, otherwise I would have chosen differently. My apartment appliances keep breaking. It is extremely unclear how to pay rent, I pay rent and then get notifications saying that I still have an unpaid balance. Then I call leasing and they said they sent out that email to me on accident. When I call the leasing staff they are always rude to me. I had a friend who toured and said the staff was rude so she didn't move in. The lobby smells like dirt. The dog park is so unclean that I decided to leave my dog at home with my parents. Every time I have an issue I should not feel like a burden to the staff in the lobby especially since it is their job. The only upside to this place is the location, the maintenance staff is kind and helpful, and they ladies who clean the building are extremely kind as well.
